RoomGradez Return Policy

1. General Return Conditions
At RoomGradez, we want you to be happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your room decoration for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Damaged or defective decoration items caused by us or the supplier are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Products
The following decoration items cannot be returned:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized just for you.

  • Items that have been used or damaged due to incorrect handling.

4. How to Return a Decoration Item

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@roomgradez.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product if possible.

  2. Wait for approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you further instructions.

  3. Return the item: Follow the instructions and keep a copy of your shipping receipt until we’ve processed your return.

5. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you a confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued via the same payment method you used.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
Did your room decoration arrive damaged or defective? Contact us within 7 days at info@roomgradez.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Important Notes

  • RoomGradez is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Returns may take longer to process as they may be sent directly to our suppliers. We appreciate your patience!
